This weeks Hatteras fishing report from Captain Steve. The gaffer dolphin fishing is off the charts with fish over 30 lbs. We have been doing some bottom fishing for grouper as well with limits every day we go out. Kite fishing for Black fin tuna has our charters in awe of the bite and the tenacity of these small tuna.
